CDTA Public Meetings



 

 

CDTA Quarterly Public Meeting Schedule

CDTA is committed to expanding its communications and public outreach efforts as a way to encourage community participation to guide service changes and ultimately better serve the Capital Region.  Beginning in September, CDTA will hold public meetings on a quarterly basis, rotating locations in each county it serves: Albany, Schenectady, Rensselaer and Saratoga.  The meetings will provide a forum for CDTA to share project/service updates and give attendees the opportunity to ask questions and offer input. 

 

The tentative schedule is outlined below and may be subject to change.

Directions:

From I-890 (off NYS Thruway Exit 26), take the Erie Blvd. exit (Exit 4). Follow Erie Blvd. across State and Liberty Streets (train station on right) to Union Street. Take right and go three streets to Clinton Street and take a right. The Library is located on the left.

 

 

 

STAR Paratransit

Town Hall Meeting - Customer Notice

CDTA hosts two STAR Town meetings each year. The meeting gives us an opportunity to provide STAR updates/service plans and to hear from our customers and understand their concerns about STAR.

CDTA board members are appointed by the governor and confirmed by the state senate. There are 3 board seats from Albany County and 2 each from Rensselaer, Saratoga and Schenectady Counties.

The CDTA Board meets regularly. Board meetings are normally held at CDTA’s administrative offices at 110 Watervliet Avenue in Albany. Meetings are advertised in advance and are open to the public. Call the CDTA Business Development Department at 437-6841 for meeting dates and times.
