***ATTENTION STAR CUSTOMERS***
CDTA is changing the way the Call Center is structured on Sundays to better coordinate with the number of calls received on that day, typically much lower than those received Monday – Saturday. Beginning on Sunday, December 11, 2011, the Call center will not be taking live STAR calls on Sundays. STAR customers will still be able to make reservations, and confirm and cancel next day service by leaving a voice mail message at 518-482-2022. A CDTA call center representative will call back within an hour to confirm a reservation. Reservations requests may also be made 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by leaving a message at 482-2022, via fax at 437-8391, and at email at starreservations@cdta.org. Trips may also be scheduled through the website at www.CDTA.org.

Town Hall Meeting
CDTA hosts an annual STAR Town meeting each year. The meeting gives us an opportunity to provide STAR updates/service plans and to hear from our customers and understand their concerns about STAR.

If you will need to use STAR to attend the meeting, please call STAR reservation line at (518) 482-2022 no more than two weeks before the date and up to the day before the meeting. Trips to and from the Town Hall meetings are provided at no charge.
