Shipping information

Your Credit Card will be charged upon submission of order.

Orders will be fulfilled as follows:

  • Monthly Pass: Corporate orders will be delivered packaged and shipped between the 20th and end of each calendar month.
  • Visitor/Special Pass/NX: Orders will be packaged and shipped the following business day. Allow an additional three days for delivery.
  • Questions regarding passes not received by the last day of the month, should be directed to Sales Office via e-Mail or telephone at (518) 437-6876.

Return Policy

Please return passes via certified return receipt mail. Mail by the 5th calendar day of the month to:

Credit adjustments will not be made without a signed receipt or for passes received after the 5th of the month. CDTA is not responsible for passes lost via US Mail.

Security

Orders are processed through a secured server using encryption software. All of your information, including credit card number, name, and address will be encrypted as the information travels over the Internet.

Your credit card numbers are processed by a third party credit card vendor. CDTA customers have not reported fraudulent use of their credit card as a result of a purchase made on the CDTA's e-commerce site.

Credit Card Adjustments

Please be advised that any adjustments will be promptly processed to your credit card. Your credit card company may take up to two billing cycles to properly record the adjustment to your card. Please call your credit card company for any questions regarding any adjustments.
