Effective Sunday, January 27, 2013, the following service changes went into effect.
Most involve time-point changes and affected routes are:
Route #18 (Delaware Avenue) will operate every 15 minutes during the evening peak commute hours (3pm-6pm) on Monday through Friday.
Route #117 (Guilderland/Colonie Crosstown) will see the time point name “Colonie Station” changed to “Northway Mall”.
Route #155 (Suburban Circulator) will relocate the Central Avenue & New Karner Road timepoint on the scheduleto Central Avenue & Vly Road.
Route #233 (Albany/Schodack) will have the same travel pattern throughout downtown Albany with all trips accessing the Empire State Plaza.
Route #530 (Rotterdam Square Mall Express) will have a timepoint added for the South Pearl BusPlus station on State Street. The route does not include stops for I-87 (Exit 26).
Route #531 (St. Luke’s/Woodlawn Park & Ride Express) will havetime points added for the South Pearl Street BusPlus station on State Street. The route does not include stops for I-87 (Exit 23& Exit 25).
Route #737 (Corporate Woods/Airport) routing will be changed to operate in the same pattern for all trips. Morning inbound trips will operate earlier to allow more time to better accommodate customer commutes.
Route #746 (Columbia Street/Van Schaick) will now serve Cohoes High School, Cohoes Middle School, Harmony Hill School and Van Schaick Island School in addition to neighborhood service.
