For a discounted monthly fare, your employees will enjoy unlimited rides on CDTA's bus transit system with more than 10% savings off regular cash fares.

With the Corporate Swiper Program, you can offer your employees the convenience of purchasing Swipers right where they work.

The Corporate Program and Its Benefits

Many area employers are already on board, discovering the many benefits this program has to offer, including comfortable and safe rides to work for their employees. And at just $36 for a 5-day pass, the Swiper has become the choice for many employers looking for an affordable alternative to expensive parking.

With the Corporate Swiper Program you can offer your employees additional savings on their ride to work through group discounts. Discounts begin at 2.5%, go as high as 7.5% and are available to employers ordering as few as 5 Swipers each month.

With the Swiper Program your employees can get home if they need to work after normal CDTA service hours. Through our Guaranteed Ride Home Program, we will arrange for alternative transportation for your employees in emergency or special situations. This program is only available to those with Swiper cards. Some restrictions apply. Please call CDTA for further information.

Program Options

The corporate program is easy to administer and can be tailored to fit your company's needs.

Just fax or call us with your order each month and we'll take care of processing, delivering and invoicing. If you prefer, automatic renewal or consignment programs can be arranged. Whatever is easiest for you! To make the program more attractive, many companies offer their employees payroll deduction for the cost of the Swiper, while others subsidize all or part of the cost of the pass for employees. Under the Transit Benefit Law (See Section 132(f) of the Internal Revenue Code for further information), companies can take a tax deduction for subsidizing the cost of public transportation.

The decision to arrange payroll deduction or to subsidize the cost of the pass is typically based on employee interest and participation. CDTA can help you determine this with specially designed surveys.

CDTA Services

At CDTA we're committed to helping you make the Swiper Program a success.

A CDTA sales representative will work with you to establish the program and to answer questions you may have along the way. Promotional information on the program including posters, informational brochures, and ad slicks for your newsletter are available to notify and inform employees. Your CDTA representative will provide you with information about CDTA such as "How-to-Ride" guides, route information and schedules.

We will also be happy to host an information day at your office to familiarize your employees with the Swiper Program and CDTA services.
