CDTA can be the first stop to higher education. Our fixed route and shuttle busses offer convenient service to colleges throughout the Capital Region.

The University at Albany (UAlbany) teams with the Capital District Transportation Authority (CDTA) to provide students, faculty and staff with comprehensive transportation services. For the most part, these services operate along Washington and Western Avenue, linking the main campus, the downtown campus, Shopping malls and a number of other primary attractions and points of interest. UAlbany provides these services free of charge to students and faculty and staff when they show a valid UAlbany identification card. The link above provides a summary of the services provided.
