Additional Fares:
- Taxicab owners and drivers may charge an hourly rate not to exceed $23 per hour per taxicab.
- If a passenger requests a taxicab driver to wait, there is a charge of $1 for the first five minutes and $2 for each subsequent five-minutes or part thereof.
- Each passenger may carry up to two parcels at no additional charge unless they are carrying groceries, which is up to 3 parcels at no additional charge. Any parcel above the stated limits may be charged $0.35 per parcel.
- If there is more than one passenger being transported, there is a fee of an additional $2 for each additional passenger. There is no charge for additional passengers under five years old.
- All taxicab passengers over 65 receive a $0.50 cent reduction on the above rates.
