Increased Commuter Service Begins Monday, September 20, 2021
Service Enhancements:
- Route #519 (Delmar Bypass Express) – replaces Route #719 and reinstates service between the Elm Avenue Park and Ride at end of Delmar Bypass and the Empire State Plaza/Downtown Albany; three AM and three PM trips.
- Route #530 (Thruway Express) - this route has been reinstated, serving the I-90 Exit 26 Park and Ride, operating to the Empire State Plaza/Downtown Albany; four AM and four PM trips.
- Route #540 (Northway Xpress, NX) – we have doubled service on the Northway (I-87) between Saratoga County and Empire State Plaza/Downtown Albany. There are now eight AM, one midday, and nine PM trips. We have also resumed service from the Exit 8 Park & Ride.
Minor adjustments will be made to the following routes and schedules:
- Route #224 (Albany / HVCC / Troy via Route 4) - Adjustment in departure times for evening trips from Downtown Albany
