CDTA TO REROUTE SOUTH TROY SERVICE DURING CONSTRUCTION

Beginning on Monday, March 12, 2012, and for approximately two months, bus service in South Troy will be temporarily rerouted due to construction work occurring on 4th Street between Van Buren and Main Street as part of the City of Troy’s Year 2 South Troy Reinvestment Project.
 
Detours will occur on Routes #85 Waterford –Troy and #224 Albany-Troy-Rensselaer every Monday through Friday, from 7:00am-4:00pm, until the construction project is complete. Construction is expected to start Monday, March 12th and continue for two months +/-.
 
Affected bus stops are located at:
·        Jackson St. and 3rd/ 4th Street
·        Van Buren Street
·        Lincoln Avenue
·        Mann Avenue (one side)
·        Tyler Street
 
Reroutes are as follows:
Southbound: Buses will turn right at Van Buren Street, left on First Street.
Northbound: Buses will travel First Street to 2nd Street, right on Van Buren St, left
on 4th Street.
