Summit Highlights Industry Innovators and Brings Transit Leaders Together
ALBANY, NY (August 6, 2025) The Capital District Transportation Authority (CDTA) was proud to participate in the second annual TransDASH Performance Summit in Greensboro, North Carolina. TransDASH is a national performance dashboard that reports outcome-centered results, which allows transit agency customers and communities to see the value a public transit agency delivers.
The summit brings together public transit leaders from across the country for insightful discussions centered around transit performance and how communities nationwide benefit from public transit systems. During the summit, CDTA was awarded the following performance recognition:
· Highest Increase in Ridership 2023-2024
· Highest Decrease in Cost Per Revenue Mile 2021-2023
· Lowest Cost Per Customer Trip 2023
· Highest Community Value 2024
“These awards are a testament to the hard work, dedication, and contributions of every one of the nearly 800 CDTA employees,” said CDTA CEO Frank Annicaro. “We’re proud to receive these awards among our fellow partners in transit. CDTA will continue to look for ways to push forward and drive progress throughout the Capital Region.”
