CDTA Announces Fiscal Year 2027 Board Officers
ALBANY, NY (May 27, 2026) The Capital District Transportation Authority (CDTA) Board of Directors approved its slate of officers for fiscal year 2027 during its monthly meeting on Wednesday, May 27, 2026. Peter D. Wohl was elected board chairman. Wohl has served on the CDTA Board of Directors since 2021 and is the Chief Performance Officer at Broadview Federal Credit Union.
“CDTA plays a vital role in connecting people, strengthening communities, and supporting economic growth throughout the Capital Region,” said CDTA Board Chairman Peter Wohl. “I am honored to serve as chairman and look forward to working alongside my fellow board members and the nearly 800 CDTA employees as we continue advancing innovative mobility solutions and building a stronger, more unified region for the future.”

As Chief Performance Officer at Broadview Federal Credit Union, Wohl leads the performance consulting and calibration teams as well as the project management office and serves as the executive sponsor on some of the institution's most strategic and impactful projects. Peter has held senior management positions in the public, private, and non-profit sectors during his more than 30-year career. Before joining Broadview, Wohl was a regional director at Empire State Development (ESD) Corporation, where he was responsible for the performance of two ESD regional offices and the Harriman Research and Technology Development Corporation, managing state regional economic development investment portfolios, and coordinating the activities of the Capital Regional Economic Development Council.

Board Officer Biographies:
Jaclyn L. Falotico (Schenectady County) joined the board in June 2017. Mrs. Falotico is the Commissioner of Finance for Schenectady County.
Denise A. Figueroa (Albany County) joined the board in 2003. She served as board chairwoman from 2010 to 2014. Ms. Figueroa is the Executive Director of the Independent Living Center of the Hudson Valley in Troy.
Jacqueline McDonough (Rensselaer County) joined the board in April 2024. Ms. McDonough is the Chief of Staff for the Rensselaer County District Attorney.
Additional CDTA Board Members:
David M. Stackrow (Rensselaer County) has been a board member since 1995, making him the longest-serving Board member in CDTA history. He served as board chairman on three separate occasions. Mr. Stackrow is the managing partner of Scott Stackrow & Co., CPAs in Troy.
Georgeanna M. Nugent was appointed to the board in 2009. Ms. Nugent served as board chairwoman in 2018, board treasurer in 2022, and board secretary in 2024. Ms. Nugent is the Regional Environmental Division Director for McFarland-Johnson, Inc.
Michael J. Criscione (Albany County) was appointed to the board in June 2017 and elected Vice-Chairman in 2018. Mr. Criscione operates his own insurance agency in Saratoga Springs.
Patrick M. Lance, Sr., was appointed to the board in June 2019. Mr. Lance represents Labor.
